This year, Innovations created its first-ever May Day Celebration. With a representative royal court made up of 7th and 8th graders who embraced the role of leaders who embodied the respect, desire and kuleana of princess and escorts of their islands as well as members of the court, students in all grade levels participated in song and dance to celebrate Hawaii's rich history, diversity and story.
