Halloween Spookhouse - October 2006

A Haunted House Full of Spooks, School Spirit and Fun

5th and 6th graders put on their annual haunted house as one of the many activities for students to enjoy on Halloween. A haunted house hosted by 5th and 6th graders has been a tradition at IPCS since the first year the school opened. Older students selected a Haunted House as their favorite Halloween service activity. It was a big hit then and continues to delight all ages yearly.

Students work cooperatively to gather ideas, materials and supplies to build a haunted house that all can enjoy. Aware of the needs of children of all ages, students are careful to vary the spooks, gore and surprise as children in grades 1-6 each take their turn touring the haunted house.
