Welcome to Innovations Public Charter School located on the Big Island of Hawaii. IPCS is the first and only elementary charter school in Kailua-Kona. Opened August 1, 2001, Innovations services 150 students in Grades 1-7. IPCS offers parents choice of free, non-traditional public education in a small school environment. IPCS is best known for its multi-age groupings, inquiry and project-based focus, arts integration, abundant technology, student centered learning, parent participation, and its caring and experienced staff.
