The Welters and Local School Board members assemble while students with leis anxiously await the Governor's arrival.

Governor Lingle arrives and is greeted by her personal escort, Trevor.

IPCS Local School Board members and the Welters officially welcome Governor Lingle.

Governor Lingle meets and talks with each of the teachers.
